Click "Manage Booking" from the top navigation, and enter the email address you used when booking the repair, along with the order reference. You can find your reference in your booking confirmation email.
Scroll down the page to the box labelled "Booking overview" and click the "Change Date" button.
A popup will appear with a list of available dates. Simply select the new date you'd like and after a few seconds it'll give you confirmation of the change. You'll also receive a confirmation email.
Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes. Giving less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.
